Chris Oanda

Chris is a practicing Supply Chain professional with over twenty-five years of experience gained through consultancy and employment in academia, private and public sectors. He worked in Oil and Gas, Commodities, Pharma, Aerospace, and Manufacturing across four continents. He is the founder Chairman of Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).

He is the Managing Director of the Global Procurement Academy Ltd (GPA). He created e-sokoni.com the first B2B e-commerce platform in Africa in 2003 and started its operations in Kenya.

He has managed several notable procurement projects including: the reforming of Kenya Medical Supplies Authority, the creation of the African Airlines Association (AFRAA) a joint fuel procurement consortium for 15 airlines, and the transformation of Kaduna State Health Commodities supply chain (Nigeria).

In recognition of his contribution to the development of the supply chain sector in Kenya, Chris was awarded a Presidential Medal – Head of State Commendation – (HOSC) by the third President of Kenya.

Chris has held various positions in IFPSM Organisation as Senior Delegate, Board Member, Africa Regional Chair and now as President.

Fabrizio Santini

Fabrizio is a creative manager, with over twenty years of experience in procurement and supply management, who worked both nationally and internationally in the electromechanical, automotive and consumers goods industry. He has an in-dept knowledge of purchasing and supply management processes, including purchasing partnership models.

He carries out research on business models focused on innovation, automation and continuous improvement, managed by cross-functional and cross-company teams. He has a solid experience in the organization of procurement and supply chain management and in the preparation of Design to Cost and value analysis projects aimed at reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). He developed skills of analytical and critical thinking; he has a spontaneous relational approach and is open to change and innovation. Stimulated by increasingly demanding and international assignments, he counts on his tenacity and determination.

He gradually held various positions within the association until he became national president of ADACI for three consecutive terms, and CEO of ADACI Formanagement Srl, the subsidiary of ADACI which deals with training and consultancy.

Frediano Finucci

Frediano Finucci is a senior journalist and the chief of the Business and Foreign Desk of the Italian National newscast TG La7.
He is also anchoring the weekend edition of Omnibus the popular morning news program. He has covered almost all the EU summits from 2003 to 2015, and he has written reports from US, Russia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Tunisia, Turkey, French, Guyana, Norway, Switzerland, Azerbaijan and from almost all the EU countries.

Marina has 40 years of experience as the Strategic Procurement Director for the Ursa Group, for the Adria business unit and the Ursa Italia business unit. She is also editor and co-author of several handbooks and publications.

Federica Dallanoce

With a degree in Business Administration, she began her career in CNH INDUSTRIAL Group where she covered different managerial roles, and built a master profile in Corporate Control. This activity involved her in all functions of the Group: from Finance to Procurement, Marketing and Sales. Subsequently she moved to the world of consultancy managing cross-management processes of key customers. Her experience in strategic management has increasingly expanded also internationally, helding for more than eight years the role of CEO with remarkable results. She is currently Business Coach and Consultant, Vice President of ADACI, lecturer of Risk Management and Supply Management at the University of Udine, Polimi, BBS and member of the Executive Committee of Association for a Sustainable Future.

Markku Henttinen

Markku Henttinen is the CEO of the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management (IFPSM) and the Finnish Purchasing and Logistics Association (LOGY). In his previous career, he has worked in demanding domestic and international positions in logistics service industry and in retail industry covering logistics, supply chain management and production.

Erkki Liikanen

Mr. Erkki Liikanen is the chair of Trustees of IFRS Foundation, and Chairman of the Board of Helsinki Graduate School of Economics.

He was Governor of the Bank of Finland from July 2004 until July 2018, Chairman of the European Central Bank Audit Committee, and Governor of the International Monetary Fund for Finland. At the European Commission, Mr Liikanen was responsible for Enterprise and Information Society, and earlier for Budget, Personnel and Administration.

Before commencing his international career, Mr Liikanen was Minister of Finance for Finland. He is so far the youngest person ever to become a member of the Finnish Parliament, starting his parliamentary career in 1971 at the age of 21. He served more than 18 years as a member of Parliament. Mr Liikanen is an economist by training. He holds a masters degree in Political Science (Economics) from the University of Helsinki. He also holds honorary doctorates from the University of Technology, Finland.

Edward I. Altman

Edward Altman is the Max L. Heine Professor of Finance Emeritus at New York University, Stern School of Business and Director of the Credit and Fixed Income Research Program at the NYU Salomon Center. Dr. Altman has an international reputation as an expert on corporate bankruptcy, high yield bonds, distressed debt and credit risk analysis. He is the creator of the world famous Altman Z-Score models for bankruptcy prediction of firms globally. 

Professor Altman was inducted into the Fixed Income Analysts Society Hall of Fame in 2001 and was amongst the inaugural inductees into the Turnaround Management Association’s Hall of Fame in 2008. Dr. Altman was named one of the “100 Most Influential People in Finance” by Treasury & Risk Management magazine and is frequently quoted in the popular press and on network TV. Dr. Altman has been an advisor to many financial institutions including Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers, Citigroup, Concordia Advisors, Investcorp, Paulson & Co., S&P Global Market Intelligence and the Risk Metrics Group, (MSCI, Inc.). He serves on the Board of Franklin Mutual Series and Alternative Investments Funds. He is also Chairman of the Academic Advisory Council of the Turnaround Management Association. His book, “Corporate Financial Distress, Restructuring, and Bankruptcy” has been regarded an international authoritative guide on distressed firms. 

In 2020, he was invited to join the COVID-19 and Bankruptcy Working Group, providing policy response recommendations to the US Senate and Congress. Dr. Altman also testified before the US House of Representatives’ Finance Committee on December 5, 2008, recommending that GM and Chrysler not be bailed out but to file for Bankruptcy Reorganization under Chapter 11 and that GM receive a super priority loan from the government. Eventually, on June 1, 2009, GM did file for bankruptcy protection and restructured so as to become a resilient going concern and not be sold or liquidated. Finally, Dr. Altman co-founded the credit analytic fintech, Wiserfunding, Ltd., based in London and Mumbai, and he continues as that firm’s Senior Advisor.

Gabriele Sabato

Gabriele is an experienced risk management professional who has worked for several financial institutions and consultant companies across the world in the last 18 years. ​

Before founding Wiserfunding together with Professor Altman, he was Head of Risk Appetite Portfolio Decisioning for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Natwest. Prior to ​

this role, Gabriele was Head of Credit Risk Portfolio Management for Ulster Bank and Global head of ​Credit Risk Analytics for ABN AMRO. ​

Gabriele holds an M.Sc. and a PhD. in Finance from “La Sapienza” University in Rome. He was a visiting Scholar at the Stern School of Business of the New York University under the supervision of Professor Altman with whom has published several academic papers on risk management and SME lending in top ranking academic journals.

Edwige Pezzulli

After graduating, she obtained a PhD in Astrophysics from La Sapienza University in Rome, specializing in the theoretical study of the formation of black holes in the center of the oldest galaxies in the Universe.

Astrophysics and scientific popularizer, researcher at the National Institute of Astrophysics (INAF), Edwige is author of several laboratories, workshops, conferences, scientific projects and carries out activities of dissemination and expansion of scientific knowledge involving recluse people and marginality contexts. She collaborates with RAI as author and conductor for Superquark+, Noos, Scienziate (Rai Cultura), Wikiradio (Rai Radio3), she is also author of Rai Cultura programmes and director of LÀ FUORI – Festival of Science and Art in Rome.

In 2019 she won the National Prize for young researchers “Thursday Science” and in the same year published with five colleagues the book “Open your eyes to the sky” – Guide to the Universe (Mondadori, 2019), selected among the finalists of the National Prize for Scientific Dissemination. Her latest book is entitled Oltre Marie – Gender perspectives in science (Le plurali 2023)

Costantino Chessa

Graduated in Business Administration at L. Bocconi University, he started his career at Saipem where he worked for 11 years, developing his professional career in the Human Resources function, gaining extensive experience in the processes of Organization, Resource Development and Industrial Relations and coordinating, as Head of Organisation and Change management, two post-merger integration operations.

In Eni since 2008, he has held various positions, both as Senior Vice President in Human Resources and Organization, and line responsibilities as President and CEO of Servizi Aerei, as well as, in the field of Continuous Improvement, as Program Director for the cost saving (2.4B € in 4 years) and Eni’s digital transformation.

Since October 2018 he has been Head of Procurement, with direct responsibility for the purchase of works, goods and services for central functions and the global coordination of Eni’s procurement activities (16 B€, 1000+ resources). In this role, he is carrying out the supply chain transformation process in line with Eni’s energy transition and decarbonisation objectives.

Since April 2019, he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of Eni Rewind, Eni’s environmental company, committed to the circular economy, promoting sustainability and respect for the environment and territories.

Marcello Bariani

Marcello runs Procurement and Logistics for Baker Hughes Industrial & Energy Technology business, based in Florence, Italy, leading a team of about 550 professionals across 20 countries, accountable for a $6B-buy volume.
Marcello joined Baker Hughes at the beginning of 2020 and started a deep reshaping of the organization to support the Company in its Energy Transition
path, with specific-focus on-inclusion and diversity within the team.
Marcello brought to BH a wealth of almost 20-year experience in the automotive business, managing all the areas of Purchasing within General Motors, Fiat, Iveco,
Case New Holland, Maserati and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, in multiple global roles, including an expat experience in Asia Pacific.

Daniela Bernacchi

Daniela Bernacchi is Executive Director of UN Global Compact Network Italy. After a twenty-year career in the marketing of large and distinguished multinationals operating in the publishing, entertainment and energy sectors – reaching the position of Marketing Director – Bernacchi continued her professional experience in the non-profit sector. In the last 12 years, she has been Ceo of two leading Italian non-governmental organizations, namely WeWorld and Cesvi Foundation, focusing on humanitarian and development programs. Until February 2019, she was also member of the Board of «Alliance2015», a network which brings together 8 important European ONGs committed to the promotion of the SDGs in 89 countries worldwide. Since September 2019 she is Secretary General of the Global Compact Network Italy , acting as a link between the local network and United Nations Global Compact Office in New York, and representing the organization at the national and international level. Responsible for the management of the organization, coordination of programs, management of financial and human resources.   

Christel Constant

As Unite’s Executive Board member for marketing, sales and customer success, Christel Constant is responsible for the company’s international business development, customer experience and the go-to-market strategy.

Before joining Unite, Christel spent more than 20 years in business development, sales, marketing and customer care leadership roles where she led growth acceleration and digital transformation strategies in multinational teams. Her experience includes 15 years at the B2B Financial Services Platform, Edenred SA, across diverse countries. She contributed to hyper-growth as Director Sales and Customer Experience, notably in the German market. More recently, she was Vice President Sales (EMEA) at the digital workplace platform, Beekeeper AG.

Christel holds a major in finance from the HEC Paris Business School, France, and a master’s degree in International Marketing from Bocconi University, Milan, Italy.

Stéphane de Saint Jean

Stéphane DE SAINT JEAN is graduated from Institut National des Sciences Appliquées (INSA) de Lyon as a mechanical engineer.  After 10 years experienced in the automotive industry, having different positions in manufacturing engineering, implementing sites in USA, China, Eastern Europe and South America producing exterior parts and fuel tank system, he joined bioMérieux in 2008.

bioMérieux is a leader in in vitro diagnostic industry developing, manufacturing, delivering and support solutions dedicating to improve healthcare worldwide.

Until 2020, Stéphane had different role in the manufacturing operation and lead the European Industrial Operations (7 sites) for 6 years. Appointed Senior Vice President for Global Purchasing in November 2022, he is driving a team of 120 people located in China, Brazil, USA, France and Italy connecting all entities of bioMérieux with external partners. Passionate about industrial processes, product flows and collaboration, Stéphane and his team are driving their activities and improving their capabilities around 4 main streams : operational performance and services, compliance and risk mitigation, CSR and Innovation for long term growth.

Giovanni Atti

Giovanni Atti has been working for over forty years in managerial roles at Alfaromeo, Unilever, TRW, British Leyland, Siai Marchetti Airplanes and AgustaWestland Helicopters.

He has been President of ADACI for three terms, and he is currently Member of the Board and Treasurer of IFPSM. He has written several articles and books on procurement

and teaches in university master’s courses.

Peter Kraljic

Peter Kraljic is Director Emeritus at McKinsey.

He worked at McKinsey for 32 years until his retirement in 2002. 

In 1983, Peter Kraljic wrote his now famous article in the Harvard Business Review titled “Purchasing must become supply management”.

Today Peter holds advisory positions for various organizations.

He is the President of the EIPM Peter Kraljic Award.

Gundula Ullah

Gundula Ullah is Chief Procurement & Sustainability Officer of FUNKE Mediengruppe – one of Germany’s largest media companies – and the new Chairwoman of the BME’s Board of Management. Previously she worked for Esprit, Airbus Defence and Space, Vodafone Group Services GmbH and Siemens AG.

She is steadily driving forward the transformation of the entire purchasing organization, which covers the needs of all business units (newspaper, magazines, digital, radio). Gundula Ullah has more than 20 years of international professional experience in purchasing and has managed important digitization initiatives, such as the renewal of the company’s purchase-to-pay platform. As of September 2021, she has been appointed by the Board as Head of Sustainability in addition to her role as Chief Procurement Officer. Among other things, she launched the certification of FUNKE Procurement as a “Sustainable Procurement Organization” Level 2, and has defined the company’s climate protection strategy.

Cesar S. Leal Rodriguez

Cesar S. Leal Rodriguez has a Master Management International by University of Phoenix Arizona, initiated his professional work for Walt Disney World, Co. as “Cultural Representative” after he continue his professional career in a commercial office in San Antonio, Texas, US selling to the Mexican defense department all types of raw material for the military industry; In 1997 joined Ericsson Mexico where he developed in several leadership position in Logistics, Project Management, Partnership and mainly as Sourcing Head and leader for 20 years and 6 years in other positions.

On external development and networking, he is a formal teacher within www.aprocal.org.mx  since 15 years ago and a member of Aprocal committee as Partnership Director and participate within www.ccmx.org.mx in the Sourcing Committee for medium and small companies development in Mexico.

Giacinto Carullo

Chief Procurement & Supply Chain Officer of Leonardo since September 2020.

He earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering and owns a Master in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from MIP Business School in Milan.

Giacinto joined Leonardo-Finmeccanica in 2013 as VP Strategic Sourcing for the Helicopter Division. In 2016 he served as Procurement Director for Leonardo Defence Systems, and in 2017 became SVP Procurement and Supply Chain for Leonardo Aircraft Division.

Prior to joining Leonardo he started his career path in the Automotive industry, covering different positions in Manufacturing and in Procurement. He worked in Denso, Magneti Marelli and FCA (now Stellantis). He was in US to support FCA procurement post merging roadmap. Then he moved in Germany as VP Purchasing for Magneti Marelli Automotive Lighting.

Maurizio Petronzi

Maurizio Petronzi is a manager with an extensive expertise in Procurement, Supply Chain & Operations.

After a brief experience in automotive industry, he worked for top consulting firms where he helped clients in designing strategies and carrying out operational transformations across many industries (mainly telecommunications, aerospace & defense, energy, and public sector). 

In 2015 he entered Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, the Italian national development bank, as Head of Procurement. Today he serves as Head of Procurement & Operations, managing procurement, business operations and data governance.

His management style rationally combines innovation with efficiency, focusing on the importance of digital transformation in enhancing the support of the core business.

Elisabetta Bollini

David Hollmann

David Hollmann began his career in hotel management, following his path he traveled extensively across four continents. This exposure allowed him to engage with diverse cultures, broadening his perspective and enhancing his intercultural competence. Building on this enriching foundation Mr. Hollmann transitioned to the fitness and corporate wellbeing field a decade ago. With a passion for promoting wellness and health, he has successfully applied his expertise to foster positive change in organizations and individuals alike.

Maurizia Cacciatori

Maurizia Cacciatori is a former Italian volleyball player and sport commentator.

Born in Carrara in 1973, Cacciatori has racked up 228 appearances in the Italian national team, winning a gold medal at the 2001 Mediterranean Games, a bronze at the 1999 European Championships in Italy and a silver at the 2001 in Bulgaria.

She has also been awarded best setter at the 1998 FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship.

She won 5 National Leagues, 5 National Cups, 3 SuperCups, 3 Champions Leagues and 1 CEV Cup during her career.

In 2007 Mauriza stopped playing volleyball and became sports director of the Spanish company Icaro Volley Palma (ESP) with which she won the title with the Balearic Islands team. Soon after she joined Sky Sport for the technical commentary of the A1 women’s matches and in 2018 she published the autobiographical book “Senza Rete”.

Today Maurizia holds various positions; she is an established business trainer dividing between team building, coaching and motivational speech.

Pierfilippo Capello

Pierfilippo Capello son of the renowned and well-known former coach of Milan, Juventus and Roma, Fabio Capello, follows the sports industry nationally and internationally, having collaborated with the most important sport institutions both locally and globally.

He assisted some of the most famous players and operators of sport, at the level of individual athletes and as a consultant for companies and professionals. He has worked in consulting and litigation activities in front of major sports justice bodies.

He has been a partner of Osborne Clarke, where he joined in 2017, and of Guardamagna, a studio he has been working for, for 18 years. In Guardamagna Pierfilippo has started a professional partnership with Andrea Bozza. He has been the senior counsel of Withners from 2020.

Now he has joined the Deloitte Legal team to train and lead the new sport law practice, coordinated by Ida Palombella, reference partner for IP and Tmt.

He has become in the years a clearly recognized professional in the legal market of sports law.

Heiko Hartkamp

Heiko Hartkamp was born in Germany and currently resides in Switzerland.

He has a diploma in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering for Logistics.

Heiko has lived his passion for purchasing and supply chain during his professional career in several countries around the world. Among others, he has managed the purchasing operations and supply chain between Asia and Europe for the German technology and innovation leader for sensor lights, motion detectors and heat tools STEINEL.

Since 2020, Heiko has headed the Technology Purchasing division at leading Swiss telecommunications company Swisscom. He is responsible for commodity groups like Hardware, Software and Professional Services, which comprise an annual purchasing spend of CHF 1 billion.

Andrea Colzani

Andrea is a practicing Supply Chain professional with over twenty years of experience gained through employment in private sectors.

Now in INTER IKEA GROUP is working on cross country perspective, belonging to Global Supply Chain, as Global Category Distribution manager.

Leading international team and several Services Providers in Logistics on global level, he is operating contemporary on markets where cultures base and values are completely different.

Leading several international projects for Inter IKEA, on Logistic network Design and Leading international team and several Services Providers in Logistics on global level, is focusing on Third Party Logistics (3PL) and moving to partnership value based (4PL).

In parallel, he acquired an important experience in Retail environment with the common Goal of reaching the final customers in the best and right way.

Now focusing, in our Inter IKEA Distribution Centers, on Innovation & Sustainability, testing Automatic Guided Vehicle, AGV, for specific working process, and obtaining Green Building Certification as standard.

In the last year, he joined the Advisory Board in the Green Transition HUB LIUC University, Castellanza (VA), Italy.

Member in the ‘Comitato Tecnico Scientifico’ of LOGISTICA, periodical publishing for the modern Supply Chain, and Board member in The Contract Logistics Observatory, led by Politecnico di Milano, that since 2011 analyses the third-party logistics sector in Italy.

Diego Pedroli

Graduated in Business Administration at the University of Turin. More than 20 Years as professional in Procurement and Supply Chain. Leveraging extensive management experience in international supply chain functions of high-tech and food industries, with particular focus on strategic and operational Procurement, Diego Pedroli currently leads the Procurement Function of illycaffè, implementing a more effective and efficient management of the business introducing new digital technologies, tools, methods, processes and specific programs to bring people to the next level towards the excellence.

Previously Diego led the Procurement at OSRAM (former Lighting Division of Siemens Group) at the beginning on a Local level ,in Italy, and then, starting from 2007, on a Corporate level to shape and develop the Global Organization of Indirect Materials and Services.  

Enrico Ferrari

Enrico Ferrari joined Eni group in 2005. Since then, he held several positions in the procurement department both in the headquarters and overseas. At the start of his career he spent several years within Procurement Department of Kashagan Project, with different positions in Kazakhstan, the Netherlands and UK. Afterwards he managed the team in charge for the major contracts for the Iraq development project and eventually in charge for the Balder X development contracts as Vice President Contracts and Procurement for Vår Energi in Norway.  In his previous assignment, he has heading  contract management department for the Upstream business , from Eni headquarters. He holds a MSc degree in Engineering management from Parma University.

Jean-Luc Yaba

After having worked in the Supply Chain functions of several companies in Europe, including Mattel Europe based in Amstelveen in the Netherlands, I joined Eni Congo in 2008 where I held several positions within the Procurement & Contracts function. The latest being Head of Vendor management and compliance.

After a stint at Eni Tunisia and Eni Norge, which later became Var Energi, I currently  hold the position of Head of Procurement and Purchasing  at the Central Electrique du Congo (an Eni’s associated company).

I graduated in philosophy from the University of Strasbourg and the University Lyon 3 (Jean-Moulin), in France

I also hold a Postgraduate diploma in Purchasing/Logistics and Supply Chain Management from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et de l’Industrie de l’Ain (France).

Gil Zefoni

Gil Zefoni, CEO of the Organization of Purchasing and Logistics Managers in Israel, a public and non-profit association since 1962.

Gil Zefoni’s specialty is creating connections  between companies and businesses from Israel and companies and industries outside of Israel.

He is a certified industrial and management engineer and has been involved in procurement and logistics for three decades.

Gil helds critical positions in the field of procurement and logistics in the Israeli economy such as the national logistics management in Israel for the global Pepsi company or the procurement management for the Walla company in Israel, and more.

Gil serves as a lecturer and business consultant in a joint venture with the former minister and former commander of the Northern Command Yossi Peled.

In addition, he serves as a member of the public council of the Pithon Lev association, which is responsible for distributing NIS 50 million to the needy.

Davide Cucchi

Davide Cucchi, Chief Operating Officer of Licat and Romani Components, is a technical engineer with over 40-year experience in Power Transmission Field. He takes care on Licat Academy Sessions for periodical training of sales executives of the Group and students in Technical Schools. He frequently supports Customers in expertise and failure analysis. For social and volunteer activities, he is President of “La vita Vale” OdV, a National Association involved in road safety and pedestrian protection.

Mariusz Gerałtowski

Mariusz Gerałtowski is a Board Member of IFPSM, and President of the Polish Supply Management Leaders Association since 2015.

He has transformed the association into an effective collaboration and solution platform addressing critical business challenges.

Prior to this he was held executive Procurement roles in 5 blue chip corporations. During his 28 years of experience within the Procurement domain, he was responsible for multibillion spend, performed local, regional, and global roles. He has put into practice several global functional strategies. Mariusz successfully builds extensive networks to turn today’s pressing problems into opportunities, within and across industries. He is passionate about talent pipeline development and skills for the future. As such, he launched the Top Young 100 program in Poland aimed at accelerating the growth of high-potential graduates. Pamela Marendi

Dr. Pamela is a seasoned Procurement Expert with over 25 years of professional experience with working knowledge under World Bank, AfDB and IFAD funded project financing. She holds a PhD degree in Supply Chain Management and has extensive expertise in institutional capacity building, procurement systems and legislation development. Pamela has undertaken research on public procurement legal framework implementation, procurement sustainability, supply chain resilience and procurement digitization. She has vast hands on experience in consultancy having tackled assignments on current procurement challenges, impeding economic growth in Africa through efficient and leading edge procurement best practices.

Olivier Berrouiguet

 

Olivier Berrouiguet, CEO Synertrade, more than 20 years of international experience in IT and Healthcare. Passionate in business development, able to open new markets as well as transforming existing business for small and large companies, he prefers challenges driven by High Technology, in multicultural environments with global view on business goals. Niccolò Campriani

Niccolò Campriani represented Italy at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, where he got the 12th position in the 10-metre Carabiner.

The following year, he won the gold medal at the 2009 European Championships. On 31 July 2010, he won the gold medal at the World Shooting Championships in the 10-metre Rifle Specialty, earning qualification for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. He was the first Italian to win an individual world title in shooting history. In the same competition he also won the bronze medal in the team even in the same discipline.

At the 2011 European Championships in Belgrade, he won a bronze medal in the 10-metre rifle. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, he won a silver medal at the 10-metre rifle final held on 29 July 2012. On 6 August he won the gold medal at the final in the 50-metre 3-position rifle.

Four years later at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro he became Olympic champion in the 10-metre compressed air rifle, held on 8 August 2016, setting the Olympic record of 206.1 in the discipline. Six days later, on August 14, 2016, he won the second gold medal in the 50-metre 3-position rifle, scoring 458.8, beating the Russian Sergei Kamensky in the final.

On 31 March 2017, he announced his retirement.

Cai Jin

Mr. Cai Jin, Vice President and Asia Pacific Regional Chair of IFPSM, Vice President of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, Vice President and Researcher of China Logistics Society. He has worked in the Chinese State Economic Commission, the Ministry of materials and the Ministry of domestic trade, and has successively served as deputy director and director of division, deputy director-general and director-general of department.

He has been engaged in enterprise technological transformation, macroeconomic and market analysis and policy research for a long time, and has promoted the establishment of modern supply chain system. 

Mr. Cai Jin has organized the establishment of China purchasing manager index (PMI) survey system, social logistics statistical accounting and survey system. He has made systematic research and published relevant monographs and papers in the fields of macro-economy, China’s market development, modern circulation system construction, modern logistics and supply chain system, China’s PMI research and practice.

Tom Bundgaard

After a formal education within logistics and purchasing, Tom Bundgaard has been working in this field for 13 years as a Purchasing Manager. This naturally involves all the traditional aspects of purchasing, especially with sourcing in the Far East. This work had a heavy focus on materials and commodities.

From 2000 and onward Tom Bundgaard specialized in commodities from an analytical forecasting standpoint based on technical and fundamental analysis. This specialization has been supported by three educations: an ongoing mentoring education, a MSTA degree from Society of Technical Analysts in London and a Master of Financial Technical Analysis degree from IFTA in USA.

Tom Bundgaard has been given lectures all over Europe for a number of years in various conferences, both on commodity price forecasts and on macro economy, as well as being frequently interviewed in radio and TV.

Pietro Geremia

Graduated with honors in Business Economics and Management from the “Luigi Bocconi” Commercial University of Milan, Pietro Geremia completed his managerial and academic training at the HK University of Science & Technology in Hong Kong, the Cranfield School of Management in England and INSEAD in France; subsequently he undertook an important professional experience in India in the marketing & sales department of Asian Paints, one of the leading paint companies in the world in the field of architectural and wood coatings. He finally landed in 2011 in SAN MARCO GROUP, the family company, leader in Italy for the production of paints and varnishes for the professional building sector, with a distribution network that reaches more than 100 countries. In San Marco Group Piero Geremia has taken roles of growing responsibilities, assuming in 2021, the role of President and CEO of the Group.

Hendrar Prihadi

Doctor Hendrar Prihadi (Hendi) is Chairman of National Public Procurement Agency (NPPA) in Indonesia since October 2022. On his leadership, Indonesian NPPA has been developing a big step by making a massive digital procurement transformation with a strong support from the President of Indonesia. This become a key milestone for government procurement transformation in Indonesia, where top leaders of the country realize how strategic the government procurement is. Another big agenda of Mr. Hendi is preparing the draft of Public Procurement Law to make public procurement one of the key drivers for economic development in Indonesia by accelerating the use of local products and leveraging the micro and small businesses.

Hendi formerly served as Mayor of Semarang (capital city of Central Java province in Indonesia) for two periods since 2012. He made a major infrastructure development in Semarang city to facilitate his priority development program in the area of Health and Education. From all these achievements, he received an award as Asia Best Mayor from Asia Global Council in 2019.

Hendi completed his first 12 years of education before graduating from Soegijapranata Catholic University in 1997, and later he earned his Masters in Management from Diponegoro University in 2002 and became Doctor of Social Science from Diponegoro University in 2021.
